Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy sets out what we expect from customers using Sorted, so that our drivers, laundry partners, and other customers are treated fairly and safely.
2. You agree not to
Provide false information when booking, including a fake name, address, or contact number
Attempt to defraud Sorted, for example by falsely disputing a charge or falsely claiming an item was lost or damaged
Send items that are hazardous, illegal, heavily soiled beyond normal laundering, or not fabric-based (see excluded items below)
Behave abusively, threateningly, or inappropriately toward any Sorted driver, laundry partner staff, or support team member
Misuse promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim a first-time offer more than once
Use the Sorted service for any unlawful purpose
3. Items we can’t accept
Items contaminated with bodily fluids, chemicals, or hazardous substances
Items that are not machine-washable or dry-cleanable via standard processes, unless flagged and agreed in advance
Non-fabric items (electronics, documents, valuables left in pockets)
4. What happens if this policy is breached
We may refuse an order, hold an order pending clarification, or suspend or close an account for repeated or serious breaches of this policy.
