Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Sorted account and the data linked to it from this page. You do not need to install the Sorted app to do this.

Email accounts@get-sorted.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and include the mobile number linked to your account.

What gets deleted
Once we verify your request, we permanently delete your name, mobile number, delivery addresses and order history from our systems within 30 days.

What we keep, and why
We retain de-identified transaction records where South African tax and financial recordkeeping law requires it, and any records needed to resolve an open dispute or an unpaid balance, for as long as the law requires. This data cannot be linked back to you once your account is deleted.
