1. First load offer

From time to time, Sorted offers new customers their first load discounted, as a launch promotion. This section covers the terms of that offer while it’s running.

2. Eligibility

Available to first-time Sorted customers only, one per person or household
Applies to your first order only
The discount is 50% off the flat package price for the tier you book: R300 for up to 5kg, or R400 for up to 8kg. It’s a discount on the package price, not on weight, so it doesn’t scale up if you send more laundry than your chosen tier covers
Cannot be combined with any other offer, and has no cash value

3. Loads over 8kg

Our two service tiers cover laundry up to 5kg and up to 8kg. Any weight beyond 8kg is charged an additional R50 per kg, on top of the tier price
A load larger than 10kg won’t be refused or split into multiple orders. We’ll still collect, wash and return it as a single order, priced as above
This extra charge applies whether or not the first-load discount is being used. The discount only ever applies to the flat R300 or R400 tier price, never to the additional per-kg charge

4. Availability

This offer is available while our current launch promotion lasts, and Sorted may end, change, or limit it at any time without prior notice, at our discretion.

5. Fair use

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse the offer for any account we reasonably believe is created to abuse this promotion, for example multiple accounts by the same person.
