Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the GetSorted platform and services. By registering an account, placing an order, or using the platform, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Services

GetSorted provides:

●      Laundry collection

●      Laundry processing through approved Service Providers

●      Laundry delivery

●      Order tracking and customer communication

GetSorted operates as a logistics and operational management platform.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

●      Provide accurate account, pickup and delivery information

●      Ensure laundry is available during the selected pickup window

●      Remove valuables from all garments before collection

●      Check all pockets before handover

●      Ensure all items handed over belong to the customer

GetSorted will not be responsible for items left inside garments.

Bookings

 

All bookings are subject to:

●      Service availability

●      Driver availability

●      Service Provider availability

●      Operational capacity

GetSorted reserves the right to decline bookings where necessary.

 

Pickup & Delivery

Pickups and deliveries are conducted between:

0800 AM – 0800 PM

Customers are responsible for:

●      Being available during selected windows

●      Providing access to collection and delivery locations

Failed collections or deliveries may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

 

Payments

Customers agree to:

●      Pay all applicable service fees

●      Authorise payment processing through the platform

●      Provide valid payment information

GetSorted reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

 

Refunds

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be issued for:

●      Service failures

●      Billing errors

●      Operational errors

●      Approved customer complaints

Refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of GetSorted.

 

Lost & Damaged items

Customers must report lost or damaged items within 2 days of delivery.

All claims will be:

●      Investigated

●      Reviewed against operational records

●      Assessed according to GetSorted policies

Compensation, where applicable, will be determined following investigation.

 

Limitation of liability

GetSorted shall not be liable for:

●      Pre-existing garment damage

●      Normal wear and tear

●      Colour fading

●      Shrinkage resulting from manufacturer defects

●      Items not disclosed during handover

●      Valuables left in garments

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Customer Conduct

Customers may not:

●      Abuse staff, drivers, or SPs

●      Submit fraudulent claims

●      Misuse the platform

●      Use the service for unlawful purposes

GetSorted reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

 

Privacy

Customer information will be processed in accordance with:

●      POPIA

●      GetSorted Privacy Policy

Customer information will only be used for operational purposes.

 

Amendments

GetSorted reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
