How laundry pickup and delivery works in Cape Town

How a Sorted order works

You send us a message on WhatsApp with your name, address and a pickup time. A driver collects your laundry from your door. You do not need to be home if you leave it out. We wash, dry and fold everything, then deliver it back within 36 hours.

What it costs

One flat price per load. Up to 5kg is R300 and up to 8kg is R400. Collection, washing, drying, folding and delivery are all included, with no per item charges.

We are live across central Cape Town and the Southern Suburbs, including Woodstock, Observatory, Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont, Kenilworth, Wynberg, Constantia, Plumstead, Bergvliet, Tokai, Kirstenhof and Westlake. Message us on WhatsApp to check your area.
